The Night I Learned that I am Pregnant!
It all started this way....
Eric and I went to a referred gynecologist by friend who conceived a child because of her medical advises and treatment.
Hoping that this doctor will help us also to have a child, we went there and waited for more than 2 hours on the queue because of so many patients and it's a small clinic....
When my turn came, I told her about my "menstration problem" ( my period does not come every month) I am "special" not regular..hehehehe...Then she asked me to lie down and do the necessary checking. After that she discussed some thing to me and Eric (my hubby). She advised me to have a complete blood test and she prescibed some medicines, some for my uterus to function properly and one of them was a pill for "pampa-meron" because it was 4 months back since my lmp. She then advised Eric to have his "sperm count" and it was a big NO NO to Eric but he never complained in front of the doctor..only to me... I can't do this Mommy!
After that we went out and directly go to the nearest pharmacy and buy all the prescribed medicines...then my husband told me " why don't you buy a pregnancy test kit and do the test before taking those medicines, without any hesitation I added that to those medicines that I bought.
We went home late to Sharjah coz it was Ramadan..my work timings was up to 10:30 pm. and we reached home like 11:00 pm. At around 12 midnight of November 2, 2004, when both of us facing at the computers, i decided to go at the toilet and have my test. I just ignore and put it on beside eric's keyboard. I went back and play spider solitaire again...Then eric said with surprise... "mommy bakit 2 na ang lines nyan?" I can't explained how was the reactions....but I'm very sure that I was PREGNANT that time!!!!
